As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into various aspects of the hiring process, develop key HR skills, and make meaningful contributions to our talent acquisition efforts.

- Full time commitment preferred / Part time commitment of minimum 3 days a week

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Recruitment Cycle: Collaborate with recruiter(s) to manage hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for critical roles across the firm.
- Campus Hiring Initiatives: Help drive campus recruitment efforts, from organizing and attending career fairs to engaging with top-tier candidates from universities.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage with passive talent to build a strong pipeline for active roles.
- Assessment and Interview Coordination: Manage the scheduling and logistics of technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and post-interview reviews, delivering a seamless candidate experience.
- Process Improvement: Analyze recruitment workflows to identify areas for optimization, contributing to improved efficiency in talent acquisition and alignment with business needs.
The ideal candidate
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and organized mindset, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about learning the intricacies of talent acquisition and the recruitment landscape.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, or ATS systems is a bonus.
